That's really beautiful. A lot of people struggle to find spaces where they can sit down and be vulnerable with no judgement knowing that we are going through the same thing, and the next person understands... e no easy being an immigrant. I love these spaces😊 you are doing a Good job Kelz❤️

Queenie's Toy Library has been a valuable resource for me and my children, offering a variety of educational toys that support their development. The library's puzzles, building sets, and creative supplies enhance their problem-solving skills and creativity, making learning fun and engaging. With a rotating selection, my kids are continually excited by new options, saving me the need to buy new toys frequently. The library’s focus on safe, age-appropriate, and developmental toys gives me peace of mind. Overall, Queenie’s Toy Library has greatly contributed to my children’s growth while easing the challenges of keeping them entertained and educated.

Queenie's Toy Library has had a great impact on me as a parent because of the Parents Workshops that I attend there. Parents with similar challenges meet to give support, practical advice, and encouragement to each other because all come with similar interests, come together in a safe place to exchange ideas, share experiences, give and receive information, and at the same time, offer and receive support.

Queenie's Toy Library Workshop has been a blessing since my family arrived Sudbury, Ontario, Canada last year. We have had the privilege of attending different seminars ranging from lecture on ADHD, Parenting ways in Canada etc.; these educative seminars have been a blessing to new immigrant families like ours, helping us to settle down well here in Canada. In addition, my children and other children have the opportunity to borrow toys and books for 2 weeks, this take away the stress from new immigrant parents buying toys and children books for their children. Also, there are also gift items after sessions to families, some of the items help ease stress. Queenie’s Toy Library Workshop is indeed a blessing to us new immigrants.

The queenies toy library has given me an idea of what to expect in my parenthood journey and how I can prepare for it and handle it. It gave me an insight of what women go through in parenthood and with the community in queenies toy library, I know I am not alone, I know that I have people around that can support me and I can always ask for advice and guidance from.
